The leader of the Independent Islamic Party (AIMIM), Imtiyaz Jaleel, has been accused of helping an ex-employee escape from work, resulting in a series of sexual and religious attacks against women at the TCS company. An investigator said that Jaleel, a leader of the AIMIM party, provided assistance to Nida while she was seeking protection. Additionally, Jaleel was noted as being involved in the same operation as Nida, which included 'culturalization' and 'molestation' of women.

The police discovered a connection between Jaleel and Mateen Patel, a correspondent for the AIMIM party in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, who had sheltered Nida to protect her during her search for protection. Patel was interrogated and arrested just a few days later, but he was not identified as one of the accused. Authorities declared that the cases were registered by TCS Nashik from March 2022 when Nida was exploited.

The case became more complex when Hanif Khan, the owner of a house where Nida resided, was arrested and received a request to appear before the court. The situation became even more serious when authorities decided to name Jaleel as an accused in a supplementary indictment, based on information from the Special Investigation Team (SIT) of TCS Nashik. This led to the arrest of Patel and the request for Khan to appear before the court.

The incident extended beyond male employees at TCS, with some refusing to ask for protection and registering sexual and religious attacks against women within the company. Male employees also faced issues related to safety, with some being arrested or interrogated due to security reasons. This story highlights the need for greater attention to workplace safety and working conditions in Indonesian companies.

The incident has resulted in a series of negative events, including sexual assaults, religious discrimination, and sexual violence, causing significant damage to the company's reputation and integrity.
