Germania Automobilistica is gearing up for a Future of Automotive Industry Rendition Facility[1] BMW has announced that it plans to reduce its divisions and administrative positions from 20% down to half of 2027 as part of a restructuring program that will also apply to lower-level administrative positions.

This reformulation is due to an agreement with the Working Council of the Day of the Market, which preceded an agreement with the Working Council of the Day of the Market. Specifically, BMW announced that it would aim to return its operating profit margin to the target of 8-10% by 2030, with an intermediate goal of 3-5% in 2028.[3] Some other automobile manufacturers have already announced their intention to significantly reduce the number of jobs in response to intense competition and the transition to electric vehicles.

Volkswagen Group has established a reduction of over 35,000 jobs in Germany between 2024 and 2030, while Ford announced its intention to eliminate 4,000 jobs in Europe by 2027, primarily in Germany and the United Kingdom. CEO Walter Mertl stated that AI would support "a more agile and efficient industry", "a lighter organization with faster decision-making".[5] These reforms should lead to greater technological autonomy and help manage production and commercial activities.

Germania Automobilistica is set to take a significant step in its rebranding project, despite the high costs and human resources required. This move is crucial to their strategy of transformation and clearly demonstrates BMW's determination to continue growing and thriving in a drastically changing context.
