The two initiatives - complementary - support the growth of innovative startups and the diffusion of solutions capable of contributing to the country's ecological transition. Realized in collaboration with Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center, both programs have unique characteristics: Up2Stars, promoted by the Division of Territories' Banca dei Territori led by Stefano Barrese, supports young enterprises with high technological content and facilitates dialogue with businesses, investors, and specialized operators; In Action ESG Climate, promoted by Intesa Sanpaolo Assicurazioni led by Virginia Borla, valorizes projects that generate concrete and measurable environmental impact. Launched in June 2025, the third edition of Up2Stars has collected 500 applications, with 40 selected startups with high potential, ten per each of the four priority areas identified as Italian production system: New Materials, Robotics, Aerospace, and Design Tech.

Innovative enterprises have followed a curated acceleration path under Factory Plus, with mentorship and specialized deepening. In Action ESG Climate, since 2022, it has collected over 600 applications, won 11 projects, and allocated more than 2 million euros in grants, confirming itself a reference point for sustainable innovation valorization. With 1,500 applications and 120 accelerated startups in three editions, Up2Stars is recognized as one of the most significant initiatives dedicated to entrepreneurial innovation and sees Intesa S…. engaged.
