The collaboration between the two companies aims to improve energy efficiency and customer well-being. Program RWS launched together with Honeywell Technologies on November 3, 2026, with the goal of adopting artificial intelligence technologies for heating. The main objective is to anticipate heating demand, reduce energy use, and maintain customers' comfort. These technologies combine AI predictions with optimization algorithms to predict future conditions and determine the best actions to plan and make decisions. For large structures like RWS, heating represents one of the most important and complex requirements regarding energy. 'Managing buildings goes beyond just fixing when it breaks,' said Senior Customer Services Vice President Kess Chiang at RWS.

This program is expected to resolve a potential energy savings of around 20-30% for the hotel's guest rooms. Additionally, the Convention Center and Minion Land area within the National University Park Hotel, where Honeywell Technologies operates, have predicted that 'AI predictions' could reduce energy savings by up to 5-10%. Finally, using the Forge Platform from Honeywell Technologies, the data on gases will be transformed into information highlighting wasted energy patterns and providing recommendations to minimize these energy losses.

This envisioned approach generates annual energy savings of two gigawatts - equivalent to twice the energy needed for heating an entire resort. The project by RWS and Honeywell Technologies aims to improve energy efficiency and customer well-being while promoting environmental safety.
