Meta's new virtual assistant is available in Singapore and focuses on your daily needs. The introduction of Muse was recently announced and has had a huge success in the United States and Japan. However, Meta is taking a bigger step in its brand of customer service by launching the first consumer AI assistant for Singaporeans.

Muse is a free app that allows users in Singapore to use it with a weekly usage limit. This is sufficient for most of the needs that users have. People can pay between $22 and $139 to access more tokens or credits, which allow them to use Muse for more complex tasks.

Muse can be accessed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, but also via its web version. To use Muse, users must authorize access to their online accounts such as Gmail, Instagram, and Calendar. This allows the assistant to perform tasks on their accounts or send reminders for appointments.

The first phase of Muse's testing was conducted by The Straits Times, where the robot monitored online weather forecasts and sent appointment reminders while noticing an international trip in the user's agenda. However, even though Muse is good, it is not always perfect and requires human assistance in some situations. Additionally, Muse can be integrated with popular apps like Shopee, Lazada, Grab, Shopback, Singapore Airlines, Agoda, Klook, and Trip.com, allowing it to find better prices for products and your web searches, order food for a specific dinner, and reserve restaurant tables based on preferences and vacation programs.

Although Muse is a step forward in the field of assistive technology, it is not yet perfect. Nonetheless, Meta continues to improve its virtual assistance to offer the most realistic customer service experience possible.
