A new presence detection device called Presence Gen4 has been developed by Shelly with the aim of making domestic management easier and more effective. The installation requires access to a USB-C charger, but it can easily be integrated with various smart home systems such as Google Home, Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, Samsung SmartThings, and Home Assistant, supported by Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, and Matter. Additionally, the sensor can be mounted on a board or table using an accompanying stand, or permanently placed on a wall for optimal visual range. This way, you can monitor an area of approximately 650 square feet, but installation requires a USB-C charger.

Another advantage of the 'Presence Gen4' is its ability to trigger intelligent automation based on the presence of people or domestic animals.
