The incentive for women with two children increases while those earning less risk losing money The 2027 Maneuver report has extended the doubling of the first home bonus period from before to credit tax on resale, which the Tax Administration had excluded: individuals who sell a house bought with first-home benefits would have two years instead of one to buy another and recover the taxes paid on the first purchase. Bilancio's budget looks back as well: new deadlines would apply to anyone who has already sold or purchased a house and, upon entering into force of the law, has not yet exceeded these old ones. In summary: article 41 of the 2027 Budget Law, transmitted after the 30 October 2026 pollination, intervenes on first-home benefits by modifying note I) at art. 1 of the First Home Benefits Tariff, Part I, Appendix 1 to the Single Unified Registration Fee (Lgs. n.)

Article 123 of Law 2025, 2025): The period for determining residency in the Municipality of the immovable property is eight months from the date of acquisition; within two years after selling it, the time needed to buy another main residence, both to avoid depreciation after a five-year sale and to obtain tax credit; the credit would also apply to those who purchase a new house before selling an old one, provided that the sale occurs no later than two years from the new purchase; these rules are applicable even to acquisitions and sales prior to the entry into force of the law's provisions, if the aforementioned terms have not yet expired.

Article 41 of Law No. 2027 on Budgets introduces harmonization of terms for obtaining first-time home purchases, extending three current deadlines by two years: changing residences, re-acquiring that prevents property tax decay, and re-acquiring entitles to mortgage interest deduction. This law also modifies the single registration fee regulation text, where Note II-Bis of the attached Tariff is added with bonus money of €100 in 2027: those who earn €480 and risk losing €30,000 from Valentina Conte (ansa). The maneuver unifies the two existing incentives.

The increase benefits working mothers with two children and those with at least three or more children and under certain conditions.
