Namirial, a leading digital transaction certifier, has decided to take advantage of this opportunity to further increase its presence in the European market. The acquisition of ZeroComa, a Spanish company specializing in electronic communication management, was recently announced and represents an important step forward for Namirial in the context of a global trend towards the digitalization of financial and tax processes.

Namirial has been developing new technologies and standards to make digital transactions secure and legally valid. These platforms serve over 650 clients and are used by banks, insurance companies, professionals, and public administrations to digitalize processes that require guarantees on the identity of involved parties, document integrity, and compliance with regulations. In 2025, Namirial registered a revenue of €270 million and aims to surpass €300 million in 2026, employing over 1,400 people and operating in more than 90 countries. As of 2025, the majority of capital had passed from the Environmental Fund to Bain Capital, valued at €110 million, which had increased eightfold compared to 2020 (see The Sun 24 Hours, March 26, 2025).

The acquisition of ZeroComa is taking place precisely when EU legislation is being reformed, allowing Namirial to further advance in its growth strategy. The new company will be led by Massimiliano Pellegrini, who has already shown a strong interest in digital transaction certification. His skills and experience will be crucial for ensuring the continuity and efficiency of the enterprise after the acquisition. The Italian group is developing new technologies and standards to make digital transactions secure and legally valid: from distance identification of individuals to electronic signature, from certification of communications to document conservation and electronic invoicing.

Namirial's growth strategy is based on organic growth and through acquisitions. Among the most important operations are the acquisition of the Signaturit group, which has reinforced Namirial's presence in the Italian market and led to significant growth in the digital transactions area.
