Critical readWhat happened. The limited liability company Guided by Mario Abbadessa, Add Capital, announced the conclusion of a joint venture agreement with CX Living, one of the main student and hybrid hospitality managers in Italy. The agreement stipulates the creation of a majority share for CX Living, which is currently under management by Samuele Annibali, representing the Add Value Fund 1. This agreement would be made through the Add Italy Living fund, aimed at the Government's Housing Program, and would initiate a series of investments for growth and development.
Industrial Operation That Could Lead to Significant Growth for the Enterprise Add Capital, led by CEO Samuele Annibali, has accelerated over the past years with revenues of €46 million and an EBITDA of approximately €8 million in 2025, targeting closure in 2026 with revenue of €54 million. The goal is more than doubling from here to 2029: within the next three years, CX Living aims to achieve revenues of €117 million with an EBITDA of €18 million. Today, the group counts on a portfolio of 25 structures, including 13 operational ones, totaling 14 thousand beds and a managed real estate asset value of around €1 billion. The objective is to surpass 15 thousand beds by 2028, reaching 28 structures in Italy and strengthening presence in Europe. Even the organic side is destined to nearly double, from 151 employees as of 2025 to 290 expected in 2029.
The agreement would take place under the sign of continuity: the management of CX Living — whose president is Ernesto Albanese — would remain unchanged and would pursue its set objectives. This agreement seems positive for CX Living, which would be able to strengthen its growth targets within the short term. The agreement would occur along the same lines as Add Capital, focusing on living across all its variations, including university studies, accessible housing, hotels, and accommodation facilities with affordable prices.
